Outcomes > D4.3 International Workshops (Lisbon)

This report summarizes the work done during the first international OIKONET workshop held in Lisbon in July 2014. The topic of the Lisbon workshop was “Contemporary Living Patterns: Formal – Informal”. The objective was to develop a cross-disciplinary dialogue aimed at identifying meanings and forms of contemporary living patterns in mass housing, by opposing “formal” and “informal” housing exemplified by two neighbourhoods, “Portela de Sacavém” and “Bairro da Liberdade”, respectively. The report encompasses the preparatory activities done prior to the workshop in the OIKODOMOS Workspaces environment, the programme of activities and results produced in the workshop as well as the evaluation of the students’ work by tutors.
